Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Online, in a couple of clicks, from your billing page. No phone call, no retention script. Paid time runs to the end of the period.
Do you guarantee a scholarship or roster spot?
No, and nobody honestly can. Slated puts your player in front of the programs where he genuinely fits and measurably improves his odds of being seen. That promise is smaller than the sales pitch you’ll hear elsewhere, and it’s real.
Does Slated email coaches on its own?
Never. Every email is drafted for your player, and nothing goes out until he reads it and hits Send himself. Parents can get a weekly digest of all activity.
What does the AI actually write?
Drafts in your player’s own voice, tuned to his class year: a freshman opens a relationship, a senior asks about roster needs. Premium drafts also cite the program’s real roster openings from our data. It only ever uses facts you entered; it never invents stats.
Is my player’s data safe?
His profile exists to be shown to college coaches he emails. Nothing is sold or shared beyond that. Under-13 signups are blocked, and parents of minors confirm before any email goes out. Details in the Privacy policy below.
What’s the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic runs a focused campaign: your top-10 board in each group, 30 schools, one contact per school, AI-polished drafts. Premium removes every cap and adds the chase: full coaching staffs, roster-specific emails, follow-up reminders, and your development plan cited in dream-school letters.
